Kutty Navarasa Super Market has become a household name today in Palluruthy, Cochin. The rise of Kutty Navarasa makes for an incredible story and the man behind it is its founder Ravi. Ravi was an inmate of Don Bosco Sneha Bhavan since 1999. Ravi’s parents are from Adayar, a slum in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. His parents found it very difficult to provide for the child and educate him due to their financial constraints. Ravi was admitted to Sneha Bhavan. He learned basic Arithmetic, English and Malayalam from the centre. He completed his 12th grade from here.

Don Bosco helped him to find a job in the nearest local supermarket; from there, he learned the basics of marketing. He saved all his salary and invested it to start a small retail shop. The experience from this retail business helped him to start Kutty Navarasa in 2015. Ravi pointed out the new life style with timetable that he practiced at Don Bosco helped him to be a successful entrepreneur. He is now planning to start different outlets of the super market in and around Cochin.
