Here at our centers we keep children safe from abuse and neglect. Here children are safeguarded from poverty and homelessness. We work towards breaking the poverty cycle by providing children with quality education and rehabilitation.

This institution is very much dear to me. I have been visiting this institution from 1977 onwards. The wonderful work done by Salesian fathers is beyond words. I have witnessed the work done by salesians fathers in North East. They have made the people of the North East live like human beings. I am privileged to have been involved with Don Bosco Sneha Bhavan for almost 20 years through my sponsorship of girls at Valsalya Bhavan. I am deeply impressed by the exceptionally high standard of holistic care given to each child - and how this enables them to grow into working life as responsible, confident and self-reliant adults who have been encouraged to reach their full potential through the love and compassion shown them through Don Bosco.
The ENLIGHT Project proves that a lot can be achieved with a bit of encouragement and initiative. These youngsters are learning to dream and to change their destiny. It is amazing to see the faces of these youngsters light up with hope and enthusiasm. Congratulations to Fr Thomas PD and team at Don Bosco Welfare Centre Society in making a difference to these youngsters. Candle, the CSR initiative of IBS Software, is certainly glad to be part of this initiative in enlightening these young lives.
